Phone transferring

I'm transferring from Verizon prepaid which is active currently to at&t prepaid I was wondering if my minutes would carry over. At&t support said it will but my boyfriend said it won't so now I'm worried.

Of course not. Why would funds you paid Verizon be transferred to At&t? It’s not logical.

Anything you pay to Verizon stays with Verizon. What you pay to At&t stays with At&t.

I am thinking of leaving T-mobil to AT&T, will they pay off contract,?

Helpful tips

Don't cancel your current service! We'll take care of that when you activate your new device.
You'll need to pay any balances due your current provider. You may also have to pay an Early Termination Fee to them.
We may charge a one-time transfer fee, or an activation fee, for each new line of service.
