Pepwave Max BR1shows disconnected after prepaid plan renewal
I have a Peplink Pepwave Max BR1 hotspot device. All was fine until my prepaid plan renewed. Now, It won't connect to the internet. In its admin settings, it shows connected to AT&T LTE as it did before, but it won't connect to the internet. In the cloud portal for device management, it shows disconnected from cellular data as of 2:00 AM the day my plan renewed. Yes, I paid. My AT&T account shows that it is active and has used 0 gb or 18 available. No settings have changed since it worked the day before.
