Password recovery for at&t prepaid account when not in the US
Hi
I have a prepaid At&T sim card and I wish to change my plan on my account.
However, I forgot my 4-digit password (it is not the last four digits of my number) and cannot access text message from the sim card because I am in Singapore.
What is an alternate way to reset my password?

There is no alternative to receiving the text and would not matter if you could receive it. Account access is blocked from most locations abroad. Your only option to make plan changes is to call.
