Not able to make or receive calls

Hi, I am using At&T prepaid for last 3 years without any issue. I have auto payment enabled and checked my account is active and has balance. I was able to make calls till this morning 10 or so. But after that calling and receiving both stopped. I can see network is there, but not able to make or receive calls. Tried restarting mobile multiple times. Changes SIM tray. No use. Even can't call 611. and the support number (Phone number hidden) also not ringing when trying from other phone. Is there any issue going on with AT&T services?

Hello,

I believed there was an issue with the payment vendor that operate the AT&T prepaid payment system. Wasn’t allowing funds to be applied and was creating issues to start the new year.
