No voice calls on Phone

I cannot make phone calls including 611, but my data and texting still work. I got caught up in the 3G sunset but have gotten a new phone that is supposed to be compatible and changed the IMEI online and it worked fine for a couple days, but as of this evening, no voice calls.

Hello stanlez10, we're here to help you with your One Plus 6T.

 

We recommend you replace the SIM card in your device. Your sim card is an old SIM card that may not work on our new network. You can go to an AT&T store, order one online, or purchase one from a local retailer.

Where did you get the new phone? From AT&T so that you would be sure you had a compatible model? And have you activated a new SIM card that is also capable of voice over LTE?

The phone model is a one plus 6T (A6013) and is an unlocked T-Mobile phone. It is a prepaid account. The phone worked fine with making phone calls etc for about a week, but is only now experiencing problems. Same SIM I've been using for 3 years.

I visited the ATT store and they DID say my SIM card was an old version and was having trouble connecting the HD voice calls. They swapped it out the store in 5 mins and now my calling works normally again without any issues. Thank you for the help!
