No service

Hi, I have no service in my AtAt prepaid cell account. I have paid 50 dollars in the last two days to try and get service and I don’t have any service on my phone at all. Please help or I’ll need a refund.

Unfortunately, getting a refund is unlikely. Prepaid generally does not refund. Saying you paid money doesn’t really tell us anything. What plan do you have? Does your account show it is active? What phone are you using? Have you verified it’s on ATT’s list of supported phones? Has your service ever worked?

I have the 30 dollars a month deal,my acccount is active, I am using iPhone 8 which is supported, my service has always worked until I renewed 2 days ago and since then no service.

@sandblaster, thank you for your input on this matter.

 

Sometimes it is necessary to refresh the connection for devices with prepaid service when the new period begins. Completely power down your device for thirty seconds before turning it back on again.

 

If this doesn't help, please dial 611 from the device or call 800.901.9878 between 7am to midnight for assistance.

 

You can utilize our troubleshooting tool when you are unable to make and receive calls.

Hi, I cannot call the number as I have no service. My phone is completely unusable apart from services related to WIFI.
