No network service in India even after international travel Add on
I am prepaid customer with AT&T and had to travel to india on a short notice. I added the International travel add on to my current plan, however there no Network despite going through various hassles.
Could someone please help me get around this situation?

There is no help. Prepaid does not roam in India or anywhere else in Asia. The international travel add-on only works in select countries in Europe and the Caribbean. Sorry to say but you wasted your money on the add-on.

Yes looks like I did waste money. Is there a way I can remove the add on since there is no availability?

You will have to contact AT&T about a credit for your add-on when you return. There is
https://www.att.com/prepaid/static-pages/intl-travel-add-on/
information online and a link to the list of countries where the $35 add-on does work

That number is for postpaid. And it won't do the original poster any good. They do not have service on their AT&T phone, they will not have service on their AT&T phone in India. They cannot even use Wi-Fi calling in India.
