Hello, @Landonsims16! We understand how frustrating it can be to not getting the service you are paying for!

We want to help you restore the internet service on the Netgear Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router  MR1100).

Can you check the signal strength on the M1 hotspot device? If the signal strength is low that could account for the device not having internet service.

The signal strength will be displayed on the first home screen of the device.

Also perform a factory reset on the device by:

  • Going to Settings
  • Select Administration
  • Select Factory Reset

Please let us know if this information helps.

Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!

Thank you for reaching back out @Landonsims16.

It’s important to check the device model numbers to make sure it’s still supported since the 3G network shutdown. This includes iPads, tablets, and wearables. Check our list for supported devices to make sure your device can connect to the AT&T Network.

  • Once you know your device still works, you may need to restart your device or check the VoLTE or LTE status.
  • Don’t see your phone make and model on the list? That means it may not work anymore. You may need to swap or upgrade to a new one.

If your device is connecting to LTE, you may need to replace the SIM card. Go into your local AT&T Store for this.

In addition, we encourage you to use our troubleshooting tool to get help finding and fixing problems with your M1 hotspot if it is compatible with our network. We're here if you have any questions. Thank you for visting AT&T Community Forums.
