I bought an iPhone on eBay, it was previously an ATT phone so I contacted customer service and they sent me a SIM card. I’ve put the SIM in my phone and I’m trying to access my account to make a payment but I can’t. It’s asking for a PIN or password which I never set up... I’ve tried resetting it and it says I’m being sent verification codes via text and call but I’m not... what do I need to do?

If your sim is inserted, you should be able to dial customer service, 611, and ask them to send you a temporary PIN and set up your account.  You will also need to set up a password on www.paygonline.com after you get your PIN set up.
