New iPad, who dis?

I replaced an iPad with an e-chip. I now have a regular chip and am trying to transfer one of my two at&t data-only prepaid accounts to the new iPad (the one used to register for this forum). I got a notice that I hadn’t signed on for awhile and needed to put in my password. The password in my saved passwords was incorrect, so I tried to reset it using the forgot password link. I’m now using the not-preferred at&t account as a temporary fix.

I never get the email and I’ve tried at least a dozen times. I looked in all the email folders with that gmail address and the email address I used for my 2nd at&t account, but they aren’t there. I can’t reset the password so I cant transfer it. I want to either reset the password or delete the account.

To use the eSim on a device you need to pick up a new card (specially eSim card with QR code) to activate eSim on a device.

Yes, I did that. It’s not that I don’t have the chip. I can’t reset the password on my account. I don’t get emails. I have a new chip!
