Need Refund - No Help

Here's what happened. 

1. Started ATT Prepaid Account in the Store and paid the monthly charge. 

2. It did not work and I went in the next day and it was not working.

3. A rep put his ATT sim card in my phone and it worked. 

4. They gave me a new sim card. It did not work.

5. They called the customer service line to give me a refund. They could not.

6. The store could not give me a refund.

7. Called later at home multiple times and connected the store to the ATT Prepaid Customer Service line. They did not help.

8. Called again and again... Nobody is helping.

I never received service. I moved to a new carrier. I spent over 5 hours on this and nothing.

Who can help me get a refund at this point?

Again, file a BBB complaint. That’s your best chance at getting a refund.

unfortunately getting a refund for prepaid is like pulling teeth as prepaid doesnt refund, you can start by filing a bbb complaint

I tried that but the ATT Store does not have a BBB so i am not sure where to file that complaint.

I apologize but robotically sticking to a script does not help in this situation. Does that return policy also include not being able to provide service in a reasonable amount of time?

What is the expectation from the customer to allow you to provide service? How about staying in the store for 3 hours and 2 additional hours on the phone and still not be helped. 

Sticking to a hard policy when your company cant deliver on your services is very very wrong.

You can't charge someone, not provide them service and then say there are no returns. It doesn't matter what your policy is.

I did not accept this solution. Just to make note...they are accepting their own solution. 

Horrible. I can't believe they treat people this way.
