Navy prepaid calling card

Trying to refill my prepaid card for my sailor aboard the Lincoln and get an error message that it can not be processed.  I have cleared my cookies and history, verified my payment information as accurate and still get the message.  It will not even let me purchase a new one.  I am on several Lincoln family groups and this has happened to anyone who tries to refill since 4/29/2022.

Since you're currently unable to use the web portal, you can pay by phone using a credit or debit card, or an AT&T PREPAID Card.

  1. Call 800.901.9878.
  2. Enter the 10-digit wireless phone number for the AT&T PREPAID customer receiving the gift.
  3. Choose Balance & payments.
  4. Follow the prompts to make a payment.
