My voicemail is giving busy signal. How do I fix it? Have had prepaid wireless plan for 6+months
I don't know if it's because the voicemail is not set up or it's because I have a prepaid line but I'm having problem with voicemails.
When people call me, it doesn't go to voicemail and instead, plays a busy signal if I don't answer the phone.
When I dial & hold 1, it says enter the voicemail box or your own. I enter my phone number and it says it doesn't recognize my voicemail box number. What am I doing wrong?
I've had my prepaid plan for over 6 months now.
