My voicemail is giving busy signal. How do I fix it? Have had prepaid wireless plan for 6+months

We understand how essential voicemails are to have on your phone. We'd like to ask some questions to better assist.

• What is the make and model of the device you're having voicemails issues with? 
• Is the phone an AT&T branded phone or from a third-party?
• When you first had service on your prepaid plan, were you aware that you had 60 days to setup your voicemail?

• Phone is Samsung Galaxy S8 plus. This should not be a phone issue thought.
• It's an unlocked phone but again, this is not a phone issue. When I call the number, I'm calling your service and after the call, it's not giving me a chance to set up voicemial 
• I was not aware that I had 60 days to set up my voicemail. No. But I'm happy to do it now.
