My data rate is too low.
Hello, I am using the prepaid highest rate plan, the $75 Unlimited Plus Monthly Plan. However, my mobile phone only comes out at the speed of the 3G generation, up to maximum at only 10Mbps. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE unlocked phone, which supports up to 5G. The Unlimited Plus plan is a plan that supports up to 5G, but why can't I even use 4G LTE? Please solve my problem.

Thanks for the clarification. Is there any chance AT&T will approve my phone model for 5G and HD voice? Was it excluded because my phone is just the latest model? Or will it not be approved forever?
