My AutoPay always turns off
- I had my prepaid account AutoPay on and have an account balance over $700.
- Last month, on the day before renewal, I got a text from att saying my AutoPay was not successful. When I logged into my account, AutoPay was turned off. So I added more money and set up AutoPay again.
I got the same text today and my AutoPay is again turned off.
Why att always turn off my AutoPay? - I think att does not want me to use my balance as each time I turn on AutoPay, I add more money using my credit card. If this continues, I am going to file complaint with BBB as I kept all pictures.

You mean your bank account? Or your at&t prepaid account?
Have you ever had a 'bounced' or disputed payment from that bank account?
Was it set up with your debit card?
Debit cards expire. Check the date.

It is my PrePaid account. And I used my credit card, not debit card.

Credit cards have expiration dates. When was the last time you got a new credit card?

My credit card has a long time to expire and I used it last month to pay att when I had to turn on AutoPay.
