my account got diusconnected from my AT&T account

I haven't been paying for the call service I used to on my AT&T number, because I moved out of the country and I wasn't using my number. but I'll be back in 3 months. and when I tried to log in using my id and password, it said that my account got disconnected, and I'm here to fix it

If you don't pay (refill) your AT&T PREPAIDSM (formerly GoPhone®) balance, we'll automatically cancel your service 60 days after the balance expiration date. Be sure to remove AutoPay so you don't make unintended payments. the account cannot be recovered and you must start out with a new number,new account and new sim card
