Multiple charges for same text message received
I noticed my prepaid balance was being used up quickly, so I listed History. On 4/16/20 one Incoming text message was listed 41 times at 20 cents each....$8.20 charge. I tried to call AT&T prepaid support, but the office is closed. Has any one else experienced this?

Yes, I have had the same problem on my prepaid account. Being charged for text msgs I never received from an unrecognized number starting with 1BF88... Charged 32 times within two days. I was told by Cust Serv that a ticket would be entered on my behalf to investigate this billing problem. I tried blocking that number but it didn't help. I also noticed I was charged three times for one text msg.
