Multi-line account payment error

Hello!!!

When I add my subline to multiline account, subline was frozen and the system show the message to pay money

Warning!

One or more of your lines is inactive. Make a payment of $38 now to start service.

But my sub account had more than paid 28 days of same plan.

And if I return subline to individual line - system show the message to pay again!!!(((((

What is wrong?

Thanks

Hi @rgbutov,

Our AT&T PREPAID Multi-Line option is a great way to save money by adding people to your prepaid services! I would love to provide information!

When someone joins your multi-line plan, their current services will be prorated on the owners account. So if they do join your account, their renew date will be changed to yours and you will receive a proration on your cycle. For more information, please visit our GoPhone Multi-Line discount page! I hope this information helps.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are eager to help!
