Mobile Data

I have the galaxy s20 ultra on att prepaid, for the past few days everytime i use my data i get the notification to "sign into my network" and when i clock it it says "att free message: your attempt to connect to mobile data was unsuccessful". I have tried multiple times to restart my phone, to restart my data network. Everything I could think of and its still not working. I pay for my data and can't use it?
