Mobile data not working

Hi, just want to ask why my mobile data is not working? I check my account and I still have 5gb. Does at&t mobile data doesn’t work on Iphone 8plus?

Hello @arielgassil_purok9, let's take a look at your iPhone 8's data. 

 

Have you checked to see if Airplane mode is off? If not go to Settings>Airplane Mode and toggle it off if it isn't. Perform a restart of your phone. Press the side button of the iPhone 8 and then slide the power button on the screen to turn it off. Then hold the side button until the Apple logo appears and then release it.

 

If neither manages to restore your connection, run the phone through our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Log on to your account for more personalized service. You may need to choose your device. Under Select your issue and Service/network issues, click Internet.

 

If that doesn't help, please let us know so that we can continue to investigate.

Yes, an iPhone 8 should work fine. If data isn’t working, it’s some other issue. Do you have cellular data turned on? Has data ever worked?
