Missing the email contact address to get in touch with the AT&T PREPAID customer service
Hello, I am outside US since mid of january. I can not access nor receive Text messages from the mobile phone since then aa well I can not open my personal area on AT&T online prepaid to access my account. I urgently (today) need to ask AT&T to shut down the service and ask them for a refund as they repeatedly charged and extended although there was not made any use of the service. Can someone please tell me the email address to contact the AT&T PREPAID customer service?

There is no email address because ATT does not do customer support via email. Sorry but prepaid generally does not refund. The only way to get a refund is to call. To stop autopay from abroad, your only options are to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If you call, call the international support number but be aware hold times are excessive.
