Lost hotspot with phone change

Good evening,

Everything was going fine using my hotspot yesterday (with the unlimited plan), and this is what I have been using for the past eight months without a hassle while changing phones several times. Come now, I go into the att store to convert my micro sim to my nano sim for my new phone, and now I cannot use mobile hotspot without paying for the addon. Is there a reason for this or am I just being hoodwinked? I went into the ATT store the next day to complain about this, and noone seems to know why I could use it until now.

If your plan does not include hotspot, then you had it when you shouldnt have.

You are not 'hoodwinked', you had something you werent entitled to. now you dont. So pay for the higher priced plan.
