Looking for a Paper bill on my Prepaid connection
Hi,
I bought Prepaid connection in Store on 25-Jan. am looking for a paper bill which can be used as Texas Resident to get Driver License. I tried to find an option in the app but am not able to find any.
In summary, Is it possible to get a paper bill/email stating my Name and address in it ?..

You can print your online bill off your pay go online account. But prepaid is prepaid for a reason there is no paperwork, there is no bill only a refill. There will never be anything mailed to you. It is not possible to get a paper bill printed by AT&t. This is how all prepaid works
Has proof of residency you will need to have a bill that is mailed to your home address. Electric bill, home internet bill, cable bill, tax bill

I have used AT&t prepaid. I have used Verizon prepaid the reason prepaid is cheap is because there is no paper. And if you cancel service there is no record you were ever a customer. If you need a record you have to be postpaid

The chances of anyone with AT&T responding is slim & none.
FYI: @formerlyknownas knows as much, if not more than, anyone from AT&T that might respond.

Let's just say I would not give anyone false information. I'm not afraid to say "I don't know", if I don't know. AT&t employees are perfectly happy to give information that is wrong, when they don't know.

Your choice if you want to wait but ATTHelp can’t help you. If you do get a different answer from them, it will be wrong. You were already given an accurate answer. Prepaid doesn’t have a bill, you can’t use anything from prepaid to prove residency.
