Prepaid does not make a user name. You log into prepaid using your 10 digit phone number.

Thank you, @sandblaster, as you are correct.
We currently offer a self-help option for log-in where you can access these tools on our home page. The first time you log in the default password is your 10-digit phone number, followed by your password.
Please try to log in and let us know if you were successful.
