Issue with the balance expiry date

My account balance is near 0 and balance expire date is May3, 2022. Today when I refill $100, Balance expire change to Nov5, 2022.

Why do the balance expire date is not May3, 2023, 365 days extend?

Expiration date is based on the date of the refill, not your existing expiration date.

Hello pitiporn4, that is a good question!

The balance expiration date is a year, the system can not go past a year by design.  Customer care is unable to extend over a year.

When you do the 1-year / $100 plan you need to wait until the last possible minute (or day, as the case may be) to renew; that's when the 1 year "clock" starts ticking. But beware if you have some additional pre-paid time left over on the phone or you could lose it by letting the expiration date slip by. I lost over a hundred bucks of pre-paid credit one time when I got the date mixed-up and was a day late renewing...
