Issue with my Billing & Refund

Some how or another when I put money on my account and went online to renew my service it charged me twice and I thought the lady I talked to said they was gonna refund me my money and it’s still not showing up on my account why??

You don't need to 'renew your service' , all you need to do is refill by adding funds and your plan would start again.

If you went online and change your plan after you already refilled your plan, you would have been charged twice because you purchase the same plan twice.

Prepaid does not refund, at the most they would credit your balance.
