Is there anyway someone could help me with my billing?

My bill is due on the 23rd and back on December 30th I got diagnosed with covid-19 and I’m just now getting back to work. Is there anyway someone could help me with my billing since I can’t quite pay it right now where I haven’t been working.

Prepaid does not have a bill. You buy 30 days of service. When the 30 days ends, service stops until you buy 30 more days. It’s just like buying gas. You can call and ask for an account credit but that is extremely unlikely.

I guess there is a new add on for situations like this. It gives you 7 extra days if needed. I don’t know the specifics but good to know for the future.

It’s called bridge pay and it will appear as an available add on after your plan expires.

AT&T ..last Jan..I did an upgrade. Been w at&t for over 15 yrs. When I upgraded last Jan..was told I'd save money by signing up for auto pay and paperless billing. Was told I was get $10 off PER LINE...AND I had 6/six lines at that time. I'm now down to 5...hoping to this week end EVERYTHING w @at&t. Pls look at my bills. They're increased almost EVERY month. Even after canceling 1 line...it seems to increase and is nvr the same. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am FED UP w the lies and we can't make a change for another 2 billing cycles, and we're gonna investigate and get ur credits. I AM glad to be n the market for another provider and it WILL BE DONE this week. Terrible, terrible company who cares NOTHING ABOUT LOYAL CUSTOMERS.  OH, I canceled another line last wk. Even w 4 lines now...bill just increases and increases. U add a data plan to a phone that we straight purchased on our own. RIDICULOUS!!!! I was told my bil wud be approx $180 mon last Jan when we upgraded 1 line, switched plans and did the autopay and paperless stats. Help me understand whr the decrease is.

@punkywatson1 Start your own post. What you are saying has nothing to do with the OP's post. No one can look at your bills, you are anonymous and the this is a customer based forum. What you can do is compare your bills to see what the charges are and why the are different. Also, it does not matter if you purchased a phone on your own, if you are using a smart phone you are required to have a data plan. Read your terms of service.
