Is there any way I can get my account balance back?

Hi my name is Louis and I am using a prepaid AT&T account. I am currently living in Indonesia and I have noted that my account balance would expire on the 9th of June. However, I tried logging in to my prepaid account on that date but unable to. I have just recently logged in and made a payment but noticed by balance has expired. Is there any way I can get my account balance back?

Probably not. The only possible way to get an expired balance restored would be to call but very unlikely they will restore. Perhaps if you explain how you tried to make a payment on the expiration date but couldn’t, they will restore but the expiration date exists for a reason. Maybe don’t wait until the last day next time or set up autopay.

Thank you for using AT&T while traveling Indonesia @louishartono,

I hope you are having a great time! We have a great Support Page available when you are having issues logging into your myAT&T for AT&T PREPAID account and you are able to verify your payments here.

The AT&T Prepaid Balance does expire in accordance with the refill denomination expiration period ($10-$24 refills expire in 30 days, $25 to $99 in 90 days, $100 or more in 365 days). Any balance that remains at the end of the term does expire and is forfeited. In order to extend the expiration date a qualifying payment would be required prior to the balance having been expired.

Also if you ever need support while traveling abroad you can give us a call at +1.314.925.6925 which is free from your AT&T wireless phone. Please keep in mind, chat isn't available for AT&T PREPAID.

Let us know if this helped!

Why are you providing the postpaid international support number? And quite obviously, prepaid does not roam in Indonesia, the call won’t be free.
