Is the degree to which they make it impossible to transfer to another provider malicious or merely negligent?
Sort of curious about this; I know it's smart for online companies to make it hard for people to find the "Disconnect" or "Leave Group" button, but at the same time at a certain point this becomes an underhanded business practice that I would imagine they could get in trouble for. What do others here think? Is this conduct intentional or merely negligent? I mean, I'm looking in my own email and it seems they don't send me monthly statements. Probably a state of affairs I agreed to so, I have only myself to blame. However, some customer service here would be helpful. Hard to have a good reputation as a company if you have customers made to feel as though they literally cannot leave.
