I'm outside the U.S. I need to recover prepaid account password, but it seems like there's no sending SMS when I'm out of the US
Hi! I'm trying to access my prepaid account to pay my bill, but I'm not succeeding. It's been about four months I've been in another country, but I was able to access my account and pay my bill normally. However, this July, it is not working and I believe that the problem is in the password, because I get the message: "The information provided is not valid. Please try again." And I believe that there is no way to receive SMS being outside the US, correct? So I'm not able to request a new password. What can be done?
