I want to cancel my prepaid account
I need help cancelling my prepaid account. I have called the number and cannot get anyone on the line. I call the main ATT line and they can't help me. I also try the link to log in to my account and it won't work. Please help.

The way to cancel prepaid is to just stop paying. If you need to disable autopay but you are unable to login to your account, your options are to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If you are outside of the US, that would explain why you can't login. If you are outside of the US and need to call, call the international support number.

you just stop paying, either stop autopay or cancel the card associated with your phone payment
