I want my money refunded to my credit card

Hello, I have paid $301.62 and $306.62 on February 19th for my own phone number (Edited as per community guidelines) for 1-year prepaid plan. But now I don’t have access to this my phone number. I tried to contact att prepaid customer service on 800-901-9878 more than 30 times but I am unable to speak with the representative, because it asks for 4-digit PIN which I don’t have since the number is not active on my phone and phone disconnects automatically. I have been facing this issue since last 8 days. I am very very very frustrated with the ATT customer service. Now I don’t want to go with AT&T. Please refund my money $608.24 in total to my credit card. Thank you.

@StarM  This is a public customer to customer forum only. It is not AT&T Support. Please use the vertical dots to the right of your post to EDIT out your personal information because that is what scammer/spammers/phishers look for.

Prepaid does not refund. Read the TOS. Why don't you have access to that phone number anymore? The PIN number is needed to verify your identity/account when conducting business over the phone. Otherwise, you may have to go into an AT&T Corporate Store with your ID and see what can be done, if anything.
