I refilled my prepaid account but the next day my account was disconnected
Hi, can anyone help me?
I couldn't refill earlier due to the Covid-19 lock down so I expected that my balance expired already. I managed to refill my AT&T prepaid gophone account yesterday and it said my new balance $25.00 would expire on Dec 17.
However, today my phone always show "No service". Then I tried to log in my online account only to find I couldn't. It even said "the account has been disconnected". Why I was allowed to refill yesterday if it's been disconnected already? Thank you!
