I received this text from the number: 488-8. It seems spammy or phishy. Is this a legitimate text from ATT Prepaid?

Survey questionnaires are sent to our customers if they've contacted us for assistance with their account concerns and service inquiries. We send these out to get personal feedback from customers to make sure we're providing you all with satisfying and helpful assistance.
If you are recieving the notification due to your recent experience then go ahead and answer the questions, and share your thoughts. Otherwise disregard and don't engage. You can report any fraudulent suspensions using our Fraud & Security resources.
