Hello @Kaden we're happy to help get your Prepaid account set up. 

 

As mentioned by, @sandblaster you will need to visit our Prepaid login page to manage or create an account. 

 

Before activating your AT&T PREPAID account from your device, make sure it has been charged and that the AT&T PREPAID SIM card has been inserted (some devices may have the SIM card preinstalled). Once charged, turn the phone on and follow these steps. 

  • You will receive a free AT&T text message. Select the unique URL sent in the message. and then follow the prompts.
  • The SIM/ICCID number and IMEI number will auto-populate. Enter your 5-digit service zip code and the passphrase code, then select Continue.
  • Select whether you would like to Activate 1 device or more than 1 device.
  • Select the desired rate plan, then scroll down to select the desired option for AutoPay. Select the check box to accept the Service Agreement, then select Continue.
  •  Enter your email address, then select Continue.
  • Select the Payment Method from the drop-down list.
  • Select the Payment Method from the drop-down list.
  • View your new phone number and restart your device.
  •  A free "Welcome" text message will be sent. Select the link in the text message to set up your account password
  •  Enter and confirm your new password and 4-digit PIN, then select Submit. Select OK.
  • An email with a verification code will be sent to the email address entered previously. Enter the verification code, then select Validate. Select OK.
  • Your AT&T PREPAID account has been successfully created and you are now logged into your account. Review the Account Summary page for details.

Note: If you do not have an AT&T PREPAID SIM card or already own a compatible phone and would like to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) to AT&T PREPAID service, just purchase an AT&T PREPAID SIM Kit.

  • Visit our Prepaid Help Page for step by step instructions on how to activate an AT&T PREPAID account on your device, online, or over the phone.

You can also visit our Prepaid Activation Portal to activate your device. Enter the ICCID/SIM number or the last 4 digits of the EID number. Typically, a device supports only one of these, but some devices support the use of either. Follow the steps above to activate your Prepaid account and device. We're here if you have any questions. You don’t make an online account for prepaid. I suspect you are trying to create an account for postpaid. If so, you are on the wrong website. You log into prepaid here:
