Prepaid suspend is different as not an ongoing service. So they suspend for lost/stolen, not vacation. But you could suspend for "lost" if you didn't want someone using the phone until vacation over I guess.

What are you talking about? What does that have to do with suspending service?

You cannot "suspend" paygoonline. You can change to a pay per use plan, $.25 per minute, and deposit enough money for the funds to not expire until you plan to use the phone again. $10 - $24 expires in 30 days, $25 to $99 expires in 90 days, and $100 + expire in 365 days.

Actually, you can suspend service but suspending service has nothing to do with renewing or paying for your plan. Depending on how long you are going to be gone, you may not have to change plans or refill. You can simply not renew your plan until you return if returning within 60 days. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days after service expires.
