How to disconnect prepaid connection when not in country
Hi,
I am currently out of US and would like to disconnect / suspend my atnt prepaid connection. I am unable to reach customer care and not able to disconnect the services through manage account.
I do not want to pay for another month where i will not be using the services. Request help.

Just stop paying. That may mean canceling the card used to pay.
Prepaid cancels in 60 days with no penalty and no refills

If you just stop paying, your account will close 60 days after your plan expires and you will lose your number. If you are going to be gone longer than that and want to keep your number but don’t want to keep paying for service you can’t use, you need to do more than just not renew your plan. You need to change to a pay per use plan and leave an account balance sufficient to keep your account open until you return.
