How to check SIM card and use pre-paid account again when visiting US
I have a SIM card and phone number from when I visited Hawaii last year from Canada. Can I check the balance on this SIM card/phone number? Can I set-up a pre-paid package prior to arriving in Hawaii again so I can just install the SIM card and be good to go?

Unless you have continued to refill your account or did a $100 refill last year, your account is likely closed. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days. Try to log into your account. If you can still log, the account is still open. If the account is closed, you will need to open a new account with a new SIM card and new number.
