How do I get the receipt from autopay?
I've bought a prepaid plan in autopay for 2 months and the store said they are not able to provide it, even thought the first payment has been done there.
How can I get my receipts?

Thanks for your post. We can help you with receipts.
The store provided a receipt for the first two months, as well as an email. Each month you will receive emailed receipts as you pay.

Print your bank records or your payment history. Prepaid has no paper records

Thanks for reaching back out to us.
If the email address that's currently set up on your account is incorrect, you can Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account at the link provided and follow these steps to edit your contact information:
Also, we are unable to offer payment receipts for AT&T PREPAID accounts.
However, you a sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account at the same link that was previously provided to search for up to the previous 6 months of payment history under the Payment Details incl Taxes in the account history section.
