How do I get a Puk code

Prepaid must call for a PUK code.

@Amberrenea Ignore ATTHelp’s response. Those instructions are for postpaid accounts, not prepaid. Again, you need to call. Here is the correct article for prepaid:

Hey there @Amberrenea, we'd be happy to help you with gaining access to a PUK code for your device. 

First, you'll need to proceed with the following steps in order to get your PIN unlock key: 

• Go to your account overview and open the My wireless section.
• Scroll to My devices & add-ons and choose the device that needs a PUK code.
• Select Manage my device.
• Under See device options, select Get your PIN unlock key (PUK).

Be advised, if your device displays PUK2 or PUK blocked call operator, then the wrong PUK code was entered 10 or more times in a row. The SIM card is blocked and must be replaced.

I would like you to follow your directions and see where it takes you. I have searched numerous times using your instructions and still cannot find the PUK codes.
