how can l get my bill (address in it)?

You cannot get a paper bill because you are not billed for service.

Prepaid service provides no bill, only a refill, and no paperwork whatsoever other than a physical receipt if you make a purchase in a store.

 If you are trying to provide proof of residency by producing a phone bill, your prepaid service does not qualify. You will have to provide an electric bill, gas bill, or home internet bill.

If you are a prepaid phone user with AT&T you do not have a bill. And if you are trying to log in through my AT&T instead of the pay go online website that would produce an error. On the pay go on let website you log in with your 10-digit phone number and your password. 

If you if you have other services with at&t, like home internet, those require login Through My ATT, and are not in any way connected with your prepaid service
