How can I receive my bill via email?
Hi,
I have a prepaid plan and my paperless setting is on. But I didn't get any email for my bill from At&t. I need at least the latest bill.

Prepaid does not have a bill. I have no idea what you mean by your paperless setting is on, there is no paper option. In fact there is no paperless option because prepaid does not have a bill.

If I recall the only notification for AT&T prepaid is text notification. But I may have chosen to receive text notice rather than email notice. In either case that's all you get is a notification. As sandblaster noted there is no bill oh, there is no option for 'paperless' because there is no paper option anyway.
