How can access www.paygonline.com from Brazil and cancel autopay service?

I am trying to access www.paygonline.com from Brazil but the website does not open. How can I cancel the autopay service?

Use a US VPN to login

or call 1.408.962.1025

If you didn't turn off auto pay, you'll have to ask support to do it for you.

Or cancel the debit or credit card use to refill your service

Thank you. I have tried the VPN and surprisingly it did not work out. I am working to contact the support through the AT&T App, The first time I was talking to an agent, the App froze. If that did not work again, I will try the 1.408.962.1025.

And canceling the debit card maybe it is not an option for me.
