Thank you. I have tried the VPN and surprisingly it did not work out. I am working to contact the support through the AT&T App, The first time I was talking to an agent, the App froze. If that did not work again, I will try the 1.408.962.1025.
And canceling the debit card maybe it is not an option for me.

Use a US VPN to login
or call 1.408.962.1025
If you didn't turn off auto pay, you'll have to ask support to do it for you.
Or cancel the debit or credit card use to refill your service
