With the $65 plan can I use my hotspot to stream cable tv? If not how long of stream time can I get from it?

The prepaid $65 does not include hotspot usage so you'll need to purchase the $10/1gb addon which will net you roughly 1.5 hours of streaming (dependent on streaming resolution)
Generally not recommended to use hotspot for TV since it eats up data so fast, unless it's your only option.
