Hotspot not working

I just paid $10 to be able to use my hotspot throughout this month, and it is npt working when trying to connect to my Roku. I have restarted both devices multiple times as well as restarted the connection between the two in my phones settings.

  • what type of AT&T service and monthly plan do you have
  • were you able to connect your devices with the hotspot in the past
  • what type of mobile device do you have
  • what is your zip code and are you experiencing any difficulties accessing cellular data
