Hotspot Has been Refilled, Still 128Kbps

I have the $65 unlimited max prepaid plan, my bill was paid on the 1st through autopay, I have received a message it would renew today(which I assume meant midnight) and yet here I am getting the capped downgraded speed of 128kbps!! Nothing will load and I'm growing impatient, as I have another phone through a monthly plan that refills AT MIDNIGHT THE DAY ITS PAID. And have never had this issue. Please for the love of God use your human brain when you reply, not that copy and pasted scripted bot (Edited per community guidelines), I can't find a soul who has this problem. And even then I've found problems a little similar to mine and tried your (Edited per community guidelines) "solutions" my account says 0 due 0 out of 10GB used, and I still can't use it.

Hi Cstats16, we understand the importance of being able to use your hotspot data after your refill!

 

Our Prepaid monthly plan customers are charged on the 29th day of service. We recommend waiting for the following day, for new service to begin. After 5 GB of the hotspot monthly plan is used, tethering is slowed to a max speed of 128 Kbps for the rest of the monthly plan period. At this speed, hotspot use will not fully function. 

 

If you are still unable to use your hotspot data after the following day, powercycle your device to help you reset the device.
