Hi, we have two phones, on two different accounts. Both say, "No voice service: Temporarily turned off by your carrier".

Hi, we have two phones, on two different accounts.  Both say, "No voice service: Temporarily turned off by your carrier". Zip code is 83467.  Accounts are up-to-date, and phones are two different makes.  Everything is updated, and we've restarted, etc.  Thank you.

What are the make and model of the phones? What do you mean by accounts are up to date? What plan does each phone have and is it active?

Hey there, @salvinia. We are here to help with your service concerns on your devices.

To best assist you, we can use some more information.

  • Can you tell us the make and model of your devices? This will help us find personalized troubleshooting steps.
  • Can you also provide us with the City and State? This will help us pinpoint the location to check the towers nearby.
  • Is this a postpaid or prepaid account? This will help with our next steps.
  • When did this start happening? This will help us with a time frame to help us determine what may be causing you to have no voice service.

In the meantime, you may visit our Troubleshooting Wireless Call page to get tips you can try and also get step-by-step troubleshooting support. You may sign in to run a real-time diagnostics.

We do look forward to your response, so we can get your device back up and running.

It sounds like you may be using phones that are not compatible with AT&T voice service. You can check your IMEI

https://www.att.com/buy/byod/identify?devicetype=phone

If you use the link and it kicks back that your phone is not compatible with AT&T, you must replace the phones to resume service
