Having trouble trying to cancel prepaid autopay system
I am currently out of the states, and I will be out of the states for about a month or two.
However, I am having trouble trying to cancel my prepaid autopay system.
I have been trying to log into my account via my email address and it keeps telling me that the access has been denied.
Obviously, I won't be able to log in through my phone number as I am out of the states, meaning I would not be able to receive the verification code to verify myself.
I tried using multiple platforms like Chrome, Safari, etc., and I have had the same issue over and over.
I seriously would like to have someone fix this issue of having the access denied or to have the option to cancel my autopay after this post as I do not want to pay for a service that I am not even able to use outside of the country.
