Having trouble trying to cancel autopay outside of the United States
I am currently out of the states and I have had multiple issues trying to cancel my prepaid autopay system.
I tried logging into my account through both my number and email address, and it keeps telling me that the access has been denied.
Of course, I cannot receive any verification code through my number as I am out of the states.
So, I tried logging in with my email address through various platforms like Chrome, Safari, etc. However, it still isn't working. I did clear up all the history and cookies and I am still going through the exact same issue over and over.
I seriously would like to receive some help with this as I do not want to spend money on a service that I am not even currently using.
I would greatly appreciate if you can fix your platform issue or can solve this problem in general.
