Have no data. asks me to sign in to network.

I activated prepaid yesterday and the talking and texting works fine but the data doesn't. It just keeps asking me to sign into network and when I do it still isn't working.

Hello @vanessalewis1975, let's look into why your phone is not connecting to the network.

 

Try these troubleshooting tips to fix problems making and receiving phone calls with AT&T PREPAID.

What is the make and model of your phone and have you verified it is on ATT’s supported phones list? Check to see if your device will work on AT&T network.

 

Also, we suggest resetting the network on your device to refresh connection to the network. Settings icon > scroll to and select General management > select Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > select Reset to confirm.
